蔡真，女，医学博士、博士生导师，现任浙江大学医学院附属第一医院内科血液学教授、主任医师，同时担任多发性骨髓瘤治疗中心主任、城站院区血液科主任以及血液科、骨髓移植中心副主任。蔡真在血液病临床、教学及科研工作领域有着30余年的丰富经验，主要研究多发性骨髓瘤、恶性淋巴瘤、急/慢性白血病等血液系统疾病的诊断与治疗。近年来，她在《Leukemia》《Blood》《Haematologica》等国内外刊物发表论文80余篇。蔡真曾获得国家科学技术进步二等奖，并承担了多个国家自然科学基金重大国际(地区)合作研究项目、重大研究计划培育项目、面上项目等。

毕业于原浙江大学医学院医学系。
工作经历
分别于1991-1992年、2000-2001年、2004年、2008年以访问学者身份在德国吕贝克大学，洪堡大学、图宾根大学和美国MD Anderson癌症中心进行基础和临床研究。
2001年获内科学血液学博士学位。
任浙江大学医学院附属第一医院内科血液学教授、主任医师。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院血液科、骨髓移植中心副主任，城站院区血液科主任。博士生导师。
2014年起受聘为浙江大学求是特聘医师、是浙江省“151”卫生高层次创新人才。现兼任中国抗癌协会血液肿瘤专委会委员-多发性骨髓瘤学组副组长、中华医学会血液学分会委员、浆细胞疾病学组副组长、中国病理生理学会实验血液学专业委员会委员兼亚专业组长、浙江省免疫学会血液免疫专业委员会主任委员、浙江省抗癌协会血液淋巴瘤分会候任主委、浙江省医学会血液学分会副主任委员、浙江省肿瘤防治联盟血液学分会主任委员、中国老年医学血液学专委会常委、中华医学会血液分会感染专业组委员。
