田志喜，中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所科技处长，研究员。主要研究方向为大豆功能基因组研究，重点对影响大豆产量、品质等重要农艺性状的网络调控系统进行解析，并致力于培育高产优质的大豆新品种。

2021年9月13日，荣获第三届“科学探索奖”。

1997年获河北农业大学学士。

2000获河北农业大学硕士学位。

2007年获中国科学院遗传所博士学位。

2007-2010年普渡大学博士后。

2010-2011年普渡大学Research Geneticist。

2011年入选中科院“百人计划”。

研究方向

大豆功能基因组研究

大豆( Glycine max ) 原产中国，由祖先野生大豆(Glycine soja ) 长期定向选择、改良驯化而成。大豆是重要的粮食和油料作物，在我国已有5000多年的栽培历史。目前，中国已由大豆原产国和产豆大国转变为世界上最大的大豆进口国，大豆危机已经影响到我国的粮食安全。我们课题组利用关联分析、图位克隆和转基因手段，并结合比较基因组分析方法对影响大豆产量和品质的网络调控系统进行系统分析，揭示调控大豆种子发育、植株形态建成以及品质形成的内在机制，为大豆分子育种奠定基础。
