课题组简介

研究方向

学习记忆的神经编码与细胞环路机制。

研究内容

探索哺乳动物大脑中的记忆存储和提取背后的编码规律和机制。

(1)开发大规模单神经元解析度的在体成像技术,寻找和追踪记忆活动和多模态信息存储;

(2)解析记忆神经环路以及其表观遗传调控;

(3)利用脑机接口等工程与医学手段,探索对脑损伤、脑疾病的修复治疗新方法。

研究成果展示

通过大规模神经活动信号在体内记录的方法揭示了特异性场景记忆储存在稀疏分布的皮层II层神经元中。基于皮层环路的神经环路结构,提出了新的记忆介导的认知模型。针对记忆印迹神经元深入研究,发现了SUV39H1、HDAC2等调控因子在神经元活动后诱发的表观遗传过程中的作用,确立了记忆稳定性的调控机制。融合人工智能技术,发展新型脑机接口,以用于记忆损伤相关疾病的诊断和治疗。部分成果发表在国际顶级杂志上(包括《自然》、《细胞》、《Nature 神经科学》和《美国国家科学院院刊》等)。
