李二超主要从事水产养殖、水产动物营养生理学的教学和研究工作。目前他主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、教育部博士点新教师基金、973子课题、上海市自然科学基金,及农业部海洋与河口渔业资源及生态重点开放实验室开放课题基金各1项。参与国家及省部级科研项目10余项。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文40余篇,其中SCI收录论文17篇。
