副教授，香港科技大学社会科学博士。主要研究领域为社会企业、企业社会责任、公民社会、社会发展、劳工研究等，承担国际组织、学术团体委托的研究课题数项。目前已在多种英文核心期刊（如Economic and Industrial Democracy, Journal of Business Ethics, Social Enterprise Journal）发表论文5篇，在日语期刊发表论文2篇，在中文核心期刊发表论文10余篇，有合著1部。同时担任多个英文期刊的论文评审委员会委员。教授有关劳动政策、公民社会理论、发展研究、企业社会责任的硕士研究生课程。另有广州市索菲亚总经理。
