健颈龙是蜥脚下目恐龙的一属。生存于上白垩纪的中国，是种四足草食性恐龙。模式种是西藏健颈龙（"M." tibetensis），是由古生物学家赵喜进在1985年提到这个名称，但由于从未被正式研究所叙述、命名，所以目前的状态是无资格名称。健颈龙可能是属于梁龙科。
