潘益农，男，1982年毕业于南京大学大气科学系，获学士。1989年获南京大学硕士学位。2003年获南京大学博士学位。现任南京大学大气科学系党委副书记，副教授。中国气象学会水文气象专业委员会委员。

主讲课程：天气学原理，天气学实习。
获奖情况
1997年活江苏省优秀课程二等奖；1999年获江苏省科技进步二等奖；参与编写的教材《现代天气学原理》2002年活全国优秀教材一等奖；参与建设的《现代天气学原理》课程2004年被评为国家精品课程。两次在南京大学党委进行的“双评”活动中受到通报表扬。2004年被评为南京大学社会治安综合治理先进个人和就业指导工作先进个人。
