潘灿平,男,中国农业大学毕业,博士,现任中国农业大学理学院化学系教授、博士生导师,同时担任农业部农产品质检监督检验测试中心(北京)副主任兼质量负责人。

1998年获中国农业大学和九州大学联合培养博士。

2003-2004日本岛根大学高级访问学者

2000-以来 3次访问 FAO/IAEA 农药残留分析实验室

2006年以来任中国农业大学教授、博士生导师。

学术兼职

兼任农业部农产品质检中心(北京)中心副主任、质量负责人

被聘为首届国家食品安全委员会农药残留委员会委员、全国农药标准化委员会副主任委员、中国进出口食品安全专家委员会委员、农业部SPS/TBT 评议专家、农业部CCPR 专家和中国CCPR代表团成员、 CCPR 农药残留分析方法电子工作组副主席。

研究方向

农产品和环境中农药残留分析方法、农药风险评估。

科研项目

主持农业部、商业部及国家食药局等的磺除草剂多残留等标准专项、农药残留前处理技术、农药登记残留试验课题、农药残留取样标准、农药残留在蔬菜水果上的沉积规律、国外农药残留标准比较、菠菜出口标准、奥运会食品质量检测等国家重点项目。主持完成北京市、云南省的北京市蔬菜中农药残留监测、有机磷农药免疫分析等横向、纵向重点项目。在农药残留分析方法的开发建立、农药残留风险评估、农作物中农药合理使用准则的制定、农药残留限量标准(MRL)制定、农产品生产中农药污染与控制、农药污染生物修复等方面进行了较深入的研究。作为主要完成人参与了《农药登记残留田间试验标准操作规程》国家标准的编写及建立了用于农药残留田间试验的作物分组体系构架,并已开展了典型农药在代表性作物中的降解特性与外推法制订农药残留限量标准的相关研究。

参加和主持科技部重大仪器专项“模块化前处理平台建设”、国家自然科学基金“作物上农药残留规律与外推法应用”、国家863子课题:同时测定甲基对硫磷等高毒农药的免疫与生化测定技术、设施园艺工厂化高效、安全生产关键技术研究、有机磷和磺酰脲分子印迹;白酒3C计划中农药残留风险评估、北京市中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法风险评估、 FAO/IAEA国际合作项目:CIPAC-AOAC方法验证及其在农药质量控制中应用;国家科技支撑项目:农药污染控制技术;参加主持国家973子课题:东南沿海污染(子课题苯胺磺隆残留)、土壤中结合残留态农药的形成机理、释放条件与致害效应等课题10余项。
