创作背景
《Trouble》参考并采样自Fresh-GARBAGE的作品，该曲起初是提姆·阿姆斯特朗为他所在的乐队Rancid的第6张录音室专辑《Indestructible》创作的，但因为他不满意该曲，最终没有收录到该专辑中。当P!nk邀请他来为她的第三张专辑《Try This》担任制作人时，他决定将该曲赠予P!nk，而P!nk接手该曲后又对其做了额外修改。制作过程中，除了提姆·阿姆斯特朗负责制作外，约翰·费尔兹也负责该曲的部分制作，完成该曲的键盘及贝斯的编排，两人亦完成吉他部分。
