吉尔福德县（ Guilford County, North Carolina）是美国北卡罗来纳州北部的一个县。面积1,703平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口421,048人。县治格林斯伯勒（Greensboro）。

成立于1770年12月5日。县名纪念英国贵族法兰西斯·诺斯，吉尔福德伯爵（Francis North, 1Earl of Guilford，英国首相腓特烈·诺斯之父）。
