尹双凤，男，汉族，1973年2月生，湖南邵东人，中国农工民主党党员，2004年5月参加工作，清华大学化学系物理化学专业毕业，研究生学历，理学博士学位，教授。
现任农工党湖南省第九届委员会副主委、中南林业科技大学副校长(试用期一年)。

学术成果
主要研究纳米催化材料、二氧化碳的资源化利用、环境催化新技术、低碳烃资源催化转化与利用、含铋新型材料。设计开发了系列新型高效催化剂和CO2吸收剂，部分研究成果具有很好的工业应用前景，并已经与企业开展放大实验研究；已共计申请专利30项（6项授权）；发表研究论文80余篇，其中 Angew Chem Int Ed、Chem Commun、Chem Eur J、Green Chem、Adv Syn Catal、J Catal、Appl Catal B等SCI期刊收录近45篇，EI 收录20篇；论文被 Chem Rev、J Am Chem Soc等国际刊物引用频次达400余次。获教育部高校自然科学奖二等奖10余项吗，2017年度国家杰出青年科学基金获得者 。
