台湾黄眼草
台湾黄眼草（拉丁学名：Xyris formosana），中国特有植物。丛生草本植物。叶狭线形，侧面扁平，顶端渐尖，干时具条纹，边缘具微小乳突，叶鞘具彩云阁状突起。主要生长于沼泽湿地。台湾黄眼草列入《世界自然保护联盟红色名录》（IUCN）中，保护级别为濒危（EN）。

外观形态
台湾黄眼草（Xyris formosana Hayata, Icon. Pl. Formos. 5: 237. 1915; Y. P. Yang 台湾植物志 5: 176. 图1312. 1978.），丛生草本植物。叶狭线形，侧面扁平，顶端渐尖，干时具条纹，边缘具微小乳突；叶鞘具彩云阁状突起。
花序特征
台湾黄眼草花葶圆柱形或近圆柱状；头状花序近球形；基部苞片椭圆形，顶端微缺，沿中脉上半部有乳突，并具4条下行侧脉；中部苞片宽椭圆形，下端较狭，有5-7条下行脉，而外侧的脉常弯曲，苞片上部有一正三角形的乳突区，顶端具小刺尖，中脉处增厚，暗褐色，边缘薄而色较浅。
台湾黄眼草侧生的2枚萼片舟状，弯曲，膜质而透明，长4-6毫米，宽1.4-2毫米，顶端锐尖或稍尖，通常上部边缘有细锯齿，背部彩云阁状突起较窄，两边不等，向基部渐狭；中间的萼片风帽状，长约2.5毫米，薄而透明，具1脉；花瓣具3脉，檐部倒卵形；雄蕊长约0.4毫米，宽0.1毫米，内面的膛室比外面者稍长，钝头；药隔有膜质翅；退化雄蕊长约4毫米，顶端2分叉，画笔状；子房倒卵形，宽约2.5毫米；花柱上部3裂。
