据主唱Taka称，“The Beginning”的Demo是在《残响参考》发布之前用钢琴制作的。歌词是在2012年中期写的，当时他们被要求为一部新的真人漫画改编电影《浪客剑心》创作一首歌，他的朋友Takeru Satoh是主演。“The Beginning”是一首情感丰富、声音强大而响亮的歌曲，讲述了一个人为了所爱的人而努力不放弃，为了更好而改变，并冒一切风险在任何情况和条件下都要在一起的故事。
音乐视频
